These Terms govern your use of the DadVice mobile application. By using DadVice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
DadVice provides curated wisdom, quotes, and reflections intended to support and encourage fathers. Content is matched to situations you describe using an AI service.
DadVice offers motivational and reflective content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or parenting advice. Do not rely on the app for decisions that require a qualified professional. If you or someone else may be in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
DadVice does not require you to create an account or sign in. Your favorites and preferences are stored against a random identifier on your device. You may permanently delete all of your data at any time from Settings → Delete My Data within the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Quotes are attributed to their original authors where known. The app, its design, and its curated collection are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
DadVice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
